2011. However, it is conceded by petitioner's counsel that most of the prosecution evidence have been recorded and out of sixteen witnesses, deposition of fourteen witnesses have already been recorded. Bail is sought as there is delay of 31 hours in lodging of FIR in question. Upon hearing, I find that the aspect of delay cannot be considered at this stage by prejudging the evidence recorded.
