This petition is directed against impugned order framing of charges for the offences under Prevention of Comrption Act.
It has been brought to notice of this court by Special Public prosecutor that the recording of prosecution evidence is almost complete and only 6-7 witnesses are to be examined and the matter has now listed for recording of evidence on day to day basis from

None is appearing on behalf of petitioner. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition, because the trial is now at the fag end.
Accordingly, this petition and pending application are dismissed in default.
