08.03.2013 Quashing of summoning order in a criminal complaint under
Sections 138 ofNegotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is sought in this petition.
At the final hearing of this matter on 31®^ January, 2013, none had appeared on behalf of petitioner and court notice was ordered to be issued to counsel for petitioner, which has been received back with the report that he is not a counsel in this case.
While entertaining this petition, proceedings before the trial court were not stayed. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in default.
