Today parties submit that they have resolved all their disputes and differences. The parties wish to withdraw their respective suits, without prejudice to their rights and contentions. Accordingly, the suits and the applications stand dismissed as withdrawn. The court appreciates the efforts put in by the parties and their respective counsel in arriving at an amicable settlement. Parties will sign the order-sheet in token of their acce ptance. Since these matters have been resolved through mediation of the Court the plaintiffs would be entitled to refund of the Court Fee as per
Section 16 of the Court Fee Act.
