'A 01.03.2013' The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration ind Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitator.
The learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the l arbination clause contained in the agreement dated 4th November, 2011.
With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, Mr.Vikas Sharma, Advocate (Mob. No.98105 66116) who is also present in Court, is appointed s a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate all the disputes and differences between the parties arising out of agreement dated 4'h November,20lI. The Arbitrator shall conduct the proceedings under the provisions of the fubitration and
Conciliation Ac! 1996. Total fee of the learned Arbitator shall be payable to the tune of <20000/- which shall be borne by both the parties in equal
