Present joint application has been filed under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC.
The application is duly signed by both the counsel as well as by plaintiff and defendants. The application is also supported by affidavits of the plaintiff and defendants.
Both the counsel on oral submissions of the plaintiff and defendants who are personally present in Court, assure and undertake to this Court that '4 parties shall comply with the settlement terms mentioned in the present compromise applicati on.

The aforesaid statements, undertakings and assurances given by learned counsel are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same.
This Court has also perused the compromise application and is of the view that the same is lawful.
Consequently, present application is allowed and the counter claim is disposed of in terms of the compromise application. Registry is directed to prepare a decree sheet in tenns of paras 30(a) and (b) of the amended counter claim being CC No. 2212009.
With the'aforesaid observations, present counter claim and pending applications stand disposed of.
