21.01.2013. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant-Sh.Khem Chand. Since there is no error apparent on the face of the record as pointed out by the learned counsel, consequently there is no ground for reviewing the order dated 21.01.2013.
2013:DHC:1145 The learned counsel has only pointed out that the date of death of the mother of the child is 06.10.2007 and not
01.10.2007. The date of death of the mother of the child has been taken from the impugned order, where it is recorded as 01.10.2007.
