JUDGMENT

1. The learned counsel ^for the Appellant states that the present Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the judgment ofthe Division Bench Court rendered in Bhoop Singh Vs. Union ofIndia, 28(1985) DLT240 as the land in the present case as in Bhoop Singh's case pertains to Village Badli and the notification under Section 4 ofthe Land Acquisition Act was issued on 24^ October, 1961.

2. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the Appellant, the Appeal stands dismissed. The LRs of Respondent No.l shall be entitled to compensation in terms of the judgment of this Court rendered in Bhoop Singh (supra). 2013:DHC:7824 X
