Reply has been filed in Court. After some arguments, learned counsel for both the parties have agreed that Ms.Kanwal Inder Kaur (retired ADJ), C-230, Triveni Aparhnents, Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi, be appointed as the sole arbin'ator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. One of the leasons for giving consent by the parties is that the sarne subject matter of disputes is being adjudicated by her. Accordingly, Ms.Kanwal Inder Kaur
(retired ADJ) is appointed as the sole arbiftator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Parties shall appear before the sole arbifi'ator on 12tl'
Margh, 20L3 at 4:30 p.m. The fee of the sole arbin'ator shall be paid as per the rules rnaintained by Delhi High Court Arbitation Centre. The petition is disposed of.
This order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator. A copy of the same be also sent to the fubitation Centre.
