The petitioner has filed the abovementioned petition under Section 11 of the Arbitation and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appoinhnent of an independent Arbitrator. The clairns are mentioned in para 10 of the petition.
Before filing the present petition, notice dated 18tl'Februuy,20L2 was issued. Learned counsel has also referred Arbitation Clause 12 of MOU dated 14tr' Augus! 2006. No reply has been filed by the respondent. After some argurnents, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has no objection if the rnatter is referred to the sole Arbitator.
In view of the above, with the consent of the parties, I appoint Justice
J.P. Singh, retiled Judge of this Court (Mobile No.9810053190125745905) as sole Arbinator to adjudicate upon all the disputes and differences between the parties as mentioned in this petition, including their claims and counter- clairns, if any. The parties also agreed that the albitration be taken place

2013:DHC:8077 under the aegis of Rules of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. The fees of the Arbitrator be also paid under the said Rules.
The petition is disposed of in the above said terrns. No costs.
A copy of this order be corrununicated to the learned Arbitrator as well as the Secretary to the Arbitration Cent'e forthwith. Copies of the s€une be also given dasti to the learned counsels for the parties. l"n^.-dce-1r--> (
