1303.2013 The petitioner alleges willful disobedience by the respondent of the order dated 6t1 July, 2011. As per the reply to this contempt petition has been filed according to which there is no ongoing construction at the premises bearing No.1-117, Ward 6, DSM International, Aam Bagh, Islam
Colony, Mehrauli, New Delhi. The affidavit of the SHO of the concerned area also states that there is no ongoing construction at the above site.
Counsel for the parties submit that the ATMCD is ceased of the matter and the petitioner has also made an application for being impleaded as a party.
2013:DHC:8623 In view of the stand taken by the MCD that ATMCD is ceased of the matter, the petitioner does not press the contempt petition. Accordingly the contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed.
