13.03.2013 Counsel for the petitioners has handed over a draft numbered as
705973 dated 12.3.2013 in the sum of Rs. 5 lakhs to the complainant, who is present in Court. On 15"^ January, 2013 while hearing these bail applications, the petitioners had volunteered to pay a sum of Rs. 5 laldis to the complainant without prejudice to their rights to seek an adjustment of said amount at the time of fmal settlement between the parties or in case of no settlement then towards the maintenance of the complainant.
Considering the fact that now the petitioners have handed over the said amount to the complainant, this Court is of the view that the petitioners deserve grant of anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be granted bail, on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.
20,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/I.O. of the concerned police station, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate in investigation and will not create any hindrance or impediment during the course of investigation. The direction given by this Court vide order dated 15.1.2013 shall be fully complied with by the petitioner.
With these directions, the present bail applications stand disposed of
