JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Balvinder Singh, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant. The appellant is also present in person. The appellant has handed over a compromise deed dated 31st January, 2013 which has been signed by all the respondents as well as by Smt. Chanchal Bhola (ex-wife of Jagmohan Bhola). On instructions from Mr. Jagmohan Bhola, Mr. Balvinder Singh states that in view of the said compromise he seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal.
