10.10.2013 The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that a meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Secretary, State Transport Authority (STA) on
10.12.2012 wherein policy guidelines were laid down by the STA in respect of the offences tommitted by the DTC drivers. The learned counsel for the
Respondent admits the same. A copy of the Minutes of the Meeting has been produced by the learned counsel for the Respondent. He is directed to file signed copy of the same.
In view of the guidelines laid down by the STA, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition does not survive.
Writ petition is accordinglydisposed of as having become infhictuous.
