2013:DHC:6955 The petitioners have filed the applications for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.5/2013 under Sections 406/498A/34 registered at PS Lodhi
Colony, Distt. South, Delhi.
During the course of arguments counsel for the petitioners volunteered to pay ^ 3 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment within 15 days. Counsel for the complainant has no objection to grant of anticipatory to.the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners also expressed willingness toreturn the dowry articles. However, counsel for the complainant stated that the accommodation with the parents of the complainant is not large to keep the dowry articles. Let the dowry articles be kepttill further orders by the petitioners.
Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances referred above, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ? 30,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.
The petitioners shall pay a sum of^ 3 lacs to the complainant by way ofbank draft within 15 days through Investigating Officer without prejudice andsubject to future adjustment (if any).
