07.03.2013 In terms of the last order, the judgment-debtors have paid the sum of
^40 lac to the decree-holder. As agreed between the parties, the loan in question has been revived. Learned counsel for the decree-holder states that
2013:DHC:7995 his client will give the details ofrescheduled terms to the judgment-debtors within one week so that the balance amount will be paid by the judgment- debtors.
In view of the above, leamed counsel for the decree-holder wishes to withdraw the present execution petitions. As prayed, the same are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The attachment order as passed on 4"' December, 2012 stands vacated.
