Judge who has been designated to decide the matter on account of difference of opinion between the two Judges of the Division Bench, the
MCD would take appropriate action in accordance with law after the decision.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
It is also agreed that no coercive action shall be initiated against the petitioner as the protection has already been granted in the batch of writ petitions which are pending.
