ORDER
1. It is seen from the mediation report that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties at the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation CO.PET. Nos. 20 & 21 of 2012 Page I of 2 2013:DHC:8308 Centre. A copy of the sefflement agreement dated 6e February 2013 signed by both parties as well as their counsel has been placed on record. It is seen that seven post dated cheques ('PDCs') have been handed over to Petitioner, the details of which are set out in para 6(d) of the settlement agreement.
2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement which is binding on the parties and should be treated as part of the present order.
