18.03.2013 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an
Arbitrator.
Today when the matter is listed for consideration,leamed counsel for the parties agree that Justice S.K. Mahajan (retired) be appointed as an
Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Accordingly, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. Justice S.K. Mahajan
(retired),(Mob. 9873304200), C-27I, Defence Colony, New DeIhi-24, is appointed as a sole Ai-bitrator to adjudicatethe disputes between the parties.
The parties also agreed that the arbiti-ation be taken place under the aegis of
Rules ofthe Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. Thefees ofthe Arbitrator- be also paid under the said Rules.
The petition is disposed ofaccordingly.
2013:DHC:8120 A copy of this order be commiinicated to the learned Ai'bitrator as well as the Secretary to the Arbitration Centreforthwith. Copiesofthe saine be also given dasti to the learned counselsfor the parties.
