ORDER
1. It is urged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that as per the allegations ofthe prosecution, some brickbats were thi'own on the windscreen of the car in which some judicial officers were travelling. One of the bricks struck on the head of one ofthe judicial officers. One of the bricks sti'uck the driver of the official car.
2. The Application for grant of bail is opposed by the learned APP on the ground that the Petitioners and the co-accused threw bricks without any reason or provocation.
3. The Petitioners are in custody for the last 10 months and the trial is likely to take some time. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant is directed to be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
4. A copy of the order be fransmitted to the leamed Trial Court and the 2013:DHC:6961 concerned Superintendent, Jail for information and compliance.
