ORDER
1. It is urged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that as per the allegations ofthe prosecution, some brickbats were thrown on the windscreen of the car in which some judicial officers were travelling. One of the bricks struck on the head of one ofthe judicial officers. One ofthe bricks struck the driver of the official cai'.
2. The Application for grant of bail is opposed by the learned APP on the ground that the Petitioners and the co-accused threw bricks without any reason or provocation.
3. The Petitioners are in custody for the last 10 months and the trial is likely to take some tune. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances ofthe case, the Applicant is directed to be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
4. A copy of the order be transmitted to the leamed Trial Court and the 2013:DHC:7008 A concerned Superintendent, Jailfor information and compliance.
