2013:DHC:8218 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act pending before Saket
Court is transferred to the court at Patiala House Court where two cases under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act are pending between the parties.
The petitioner has filed three cases under Section 138 of
Negotiable Instruments Act. Two cases under Section 138 Negotiable
Instruments Act are pending at Patiala House Court and one case is pending at Saket Court. The parties in all the three cases are same. Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the transfer of complaint case pending at
Saket Court to Patiala House Court.
In the interest of justice and to avoid inconvenience to the parties, the complainant case bearing CC No.2116/1/10 filed by the petitioner against the respondent, pending in Saket Court is transferred to the court of Patiala House Court where the other two complaint cases under
Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act are pending between the parties for disposal as per law.
The petition stands disposed of.
