The petitioner seeks extremely limited relief and states that the entire record pertaining to leading evidence, dismissal of service pursuant to an enquiry held by the respondent CRPF should be given to him. It is alleged that on 31.8.2011 the petitioner"s counsel's vehicle was stolen which contained the file and other records in respect of the petitioner.
Counsel for the respondent, who is appearing on advance notice, submits that the request of the petitioner would be acceded to and the entire relevant record including the charge-sheet, statements and proceedings of the Disciplinary Authority leading to dismissaL and further appellate proceedings would he furnished to the petitioner's counsel within six weeks from today.
In terms of the statement of counsel for the respondents, the writ petition 1s allowed and it is directed that copy of the records pertaining to the petitioner he supplied to the counsel for the petitioner within six weeks.
Petition stands disposed of.
All rights and contentions of the parties are hereby reserved.
