01.04.2013 This petition is filed by petitioner to seek parole for a period of three months so as to enable the petitioner to prefer special leave to appeal against the
ORDER
dated ll"' July 2012 passed by this Court in Crl. A.No.
159/2005. In addition to the said ground, petitioner also seeks his release on parole to re-establish the social ties with his family members.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed the status report in which it has been verified that the widow mother of the petitioner resides at
C-1/371, Yadav Enclave, Prem Nagar, Phase II, Delhi, with her son Babloo while elder brother ofpetitioner is living separately.
2013:DHC:7498 H, The petitioner was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of four years for committing an offence punishable under Section 307/34 of
IPC and petitioner is stated to be in jail for a period of about two years.
Petitioner is seeking his release on parole so as to file special leave petition to challenge the order of this Court dated 11 July 2012 whereby his appeal was dismissed and also to estabUsh his social ties with his family members.
As per the guidelines laid down by Government of NCT of Delhi, petitioner is entitled to have a benefit of release on parole on aforesaid grounds taken by him. Accordingly, petitioner is granted parole for a period of one month on his furnishing personal bond in the sum off'l 0,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Supdt. on the expiry of one month from the date of his release.
A copy ofthis order be sent to concerned Trial Court.
With aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of
