Mi.Raman Kapur, learned Semor counsel appealing on behalf of the petitioner statesthatthe petitioneris agreeableto thesuggestionsmadeby the respondents' counsel. However, the respondents should give an undertakingthatthesaidaffidavitwould befiledbythem beforethelearned
Arbitrator. Mr.K.S.Shanna, learned counsel appearing on behalfof the respondents has made a statement on behalfofhis clients that his clients undertaketofiletheaffidavitinviewofpara3oftheorderdated 13'"July, 2012withinfour weeksfi-om today.
Mr.Kapur,learned Seniorcounsel hasalso pointed outthatthere are AP otherreliefssoughtbythe petitionerin the presentpetition. Thus,hberty mayalsobegrantedtothepetitionertoseeksuchreliefs,ifnecessaiy before thelearnedArbitrator, saidsuggestionisacceptabletotherespondents' counsel. Ordered accordingly.
