03.04.2013 Counsel for the respondent submits that the enquiry is in the last stage and only the statement of the petitioner is to be recorded. Counsel for respondent further submits that the petitioner has chosen not to appear before the enquiry officer on the last two dates of hearing.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will instruct the petitioner to cooperate, so that there is early disposal of the matter. Counsel for the respondent submits that the enquiry would be concluded within three months from the next date which has been fixed Counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
The contempt petition is disposed of, in above terms. It is expected that the enquiry would be completed within the time allowed.
