ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition, as he wishes to take recourse to such remedies, which may be available to him in accordance with law, including pressing his petition for custody of the minor child, which is with the mother at present.
2. Accordingly, contempt petition stands dismissed as not pressed. CRL.M.A.6128/2012 (U/S 340 filed by respondent)
