03.04.2013 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section Ii
ORDER

(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of third/presiding arbitrator to the Arbitral Tribunal. It is stated in the petition that in terms of the arbitration agreement the petitioner and respondent have nominated their Arbitrators respectively. However, as there was no consensus between both the Arbitrators for appointment of third/Presiding Arbitrator, the present petition has been filed. Today when the matter is listed for consideration, learned counsel for the parties agree that Mr.Justice Anil Dev Singh (Retd.) be appointed as a Presiding Arbitrator to the Arbitral Tribunal to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Accordingly, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, Mr.Justice Anil Dcv Singh (Retd.), B-442, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, (Mob.98 10060203), is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to 2013:DHC:8111 adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The fees of the learned Arbitrator shall be payable according to the schedule of fees fixed by Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre under its rules. The petition is disposed of accordingly. A copy of the order be sent to the learned Arbitrator. Copy of the order be given Dasti under the signature of the Court Master. iH?J APRIL 03, 2013
