, 03.04.2013 Petitioners have approached this court being aggrieved by the illegal act of the respondent no.2 by which the fee of the petitioners was increased for the acadennic session 2012-13.
Counsel for the respondent no.2 has filed a counter affidavit.
Ms.Avnish Ahlawat, counsel for respondent no.2 has relied on annexure P-
3 filed along with the counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that there will be no fee hike for the petitioners' acadennic session 2012- 2013.
In view of the annexure P-3 filed by respondent no.2 along with the counter affidavit, counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
