03.04.2013 Mr. Singh, who appears on advance notice, has brought to court a copy of the communication dated 18.04.2011, which has emanated from the
Embassy of India at Dublin to the Joint Secretary (Foreigners), Ministry of
Home Affairs, New Delhi, which inter alia is indicative of the fact that the petitioner's representation made to the Indian Embassy at Dublin stands disposed of The brief order passed in that behalf is annexed therewith.
A copy of the communication dated 18.04.2011 alongwith a copy of the order dated 24.05.2011, have been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner says that he will take appropriate steps to impugn the said communication, if necessary, in accordance with the law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of /
