2013:DHC:7129 directions of this court, the petitioner had filed the sale deed, whereupon the petitioner's case was considered by the Committee. The Committee has, however, rejected the petitioner's case vide minutes of meeting dated
01.04.2013. The learned counsel for the respondents says that he will furnish a copy of the same within one week from today to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Mr. Dalai says that the writ petitions can be disposed of as he has instructions to impugn the decision taken at the said meeting.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to impugn the decision taken by the Committee at its meeting dated 01.04.2013, in accordance with the law.
