By this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No7 242/06 registered under Sections 324/341/34
IPG and Section 27 of Arms Act at P.S. Seelampur, Delhi and the criminal proceedings arising therefrom.
The parties are present in the court along with counsel for the petitioners. They are duly identified by the I.O. present in the court.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 to 3 and the complainant/petitioner no.4 have settled all their disputes iamicably vide compromise deed dated 7.12.2012. The
2013:DHC:7762 complainant/petitioner no.4 states that he has no objection if the present
FIR is quashed.
Heard.
Since the parties have settled all their disputes amicably, I am of the view that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the said
FIR and the proceedings arising therefrom against the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 alive any further. Consequently, FIR No. 242/06 registered under Sections
324/341/34 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act at P.S. Seelampur, Delhi and the criminal proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.10,000/- each by petitioner nos. 1 to 3 with Saket
Bar Association within a period of four weeks.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
