ORDER oh 10.04.2013 Despite pass over, none is present on behalf of the Appellant. Earlier also, none appeared for the Appellant and the appeal was thus dismissed for non-prosecution. Even two restoration applications were dismissed in default. Thus, vide order dated 27th November, 2012 while restoring the appeal to its original position, this Court had imposed costs of Rs.10,000/- on the Appellant. However, no proof of payment of costs has been placed on record. It is, thus apparent that the Appellant is not interested in pursuing
