10.04.2013 During the course of hearing of the
Sr. Adv. with Adv. for R-2 present petition, the counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the jsetitioner submits that the petitioner is prepared to given an undertaking to vacate the premises i.e. H-153, Block-H, type-I, Tripolia Colony, Delhi on or before 31.7.2013.
The petitioner is present in the court, recorded separately.
Vide separate undertaking the petition hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of the

In the light of the said undertaking given by the petitioner today in the court, now nothing survives in the present petition. The petitioner shall remain bound by the said undertaking and on his failure he shall be held liable for committing contempt of court and besides he will have to undergo the sentence passed by the learned ACMM.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
