7/108A, Safdarjung Enclave, Near Dena banl<. New Delhi-29, to adjudicate the disputes between the parties from tire stage where the earlier Ai-bitrator has resigned, to be conducted under the aegis of Delhi High Court
Arbiti-ation Centre and its rules and the fee shall also be paid to the sole arbitrator as per rales thereof. The A'biti-ator appointed by the Delhi High
Court Arbitration Centi'e shall give prior notice before commencing the proceedings. The petition stands disposed of. A copy ofthe order be sentto
