Cheque has been accepted by the respondent subject to realization. It is submitted that decree stands satisfied by this payment. Appeals are disposed of as settled. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Since parties have settled their disputes amicably, 50% of the court fee be refiinded to the appellants.
