12.04.2013 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointinent of an
Arbitrator.
No reply has been filed. When the matter is taken up, counsel for both the parties are agreeable that an independent sole arbitrator be appointed by this Court. Accordingly, with the consent of the leamed counsel for the parties, Mi'.S.M. Chopra, retired ADJ, Flat No.181, Deshbandhu Appartments, Kalkaji, New Delhi, (Mob.9213230349), is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties to be conducted under the aegis ofDelhi High Court Arbitration Centre and its rules and the fee shall also be paid to the sole arbitrator as per mles
2013:DHC:8045 thereof. Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 17^' May, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. The petition stands disposed of. A copy of the order be communicated to Delhi High Court
Arbitration Centre and the sole Aibitrator.
