Representative of petitioner- Company, submits that the subject matter of dispute in these petitions has been settled with respondents and seeks permission ofthis Court to withdraw these petitions.
Counsel for respondents affirms factum of settlement arrived at with petitioner-Company and submits that bail bonds furnished by respondents be discharged.
It is ordered accordingly.
In the light of above, afore- captioned eight petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
