ORDER * 17.05.2013 CM No. 7913/2013 This is an application seeking extension of time for making the pre-deposit amount. This court by an order dated 15.04.2013 had disposed of the appeal directing that the bank guarantee of? 13,63,795/- be encashed. That has been encashed. Apart from this, a balance of? 26,36,205/- was to be deposited within four weeks by way of pre-deposit. Out of that amount, the appellant / applicant has been able to deposit ? 7 lakhs as stated inthe application. The learned counsel states that after filing of the application, a further sum of? 4.36 lakhs has also been deposited. Extension oftime is sought for depositing the balance amount.
We extend the time upto 31.05.2013 for depositingthe balance amount. The application stands disposed of
