15.04.2013 All the counsel are agreeable that all the above petitions be disposed ofby appointing a Sole Arbitrator. All the counsel have left the choice of
Arbitrator to this Court.
Consequently, Dr. Justice Mukundakam Sharma, retired Supreme
Court Judge,S-306,PanchsheelPark,New Delh-17,Cell No.9818000190 is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate all disputes between the parties.
The learned Arbitrator shall be entitled to fix his own fee schedule but he is requested to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
The claimants are directed to file their claim statement within a period ofsix weeks. Reply affidavits are directed to be filed within a further period ofsix weeks.
List the matter before the Sole Arbitrator on 22'^'' July, 2013 at 4.00 p.m.
Parties are granted liberty to file an application under Sectionlb ofthe
CourtFees Act. However,it is clarified thatin the eventsuch an application is filed,it would be decided in accordance with law.
Accordingly,the petition/suits and all the pending applications stand disposed of. , <
