17.04.2013 Impugned judgement and decree dated 31®' March, 2012 passed by the trial court is involved in both the above appeals. Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center on
12"^ March, 2013 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement
2013:DHC:8541 A- Agreement "Mark C-1". Accordingly, impugned
17.04.2013 Impugned judgement and decree dated 31®' March, 2012 passed by the trial court is involved in both the above appeals. Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center on
12"^ March, 2013 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement
2013:DHC:8541 A- Agreement "Mark C-1". Accordingly, impugned
ORDER
and decree is modified in terms of "Mark C-1". Decree sheet be drawn. Mark C-1 shall form part ofthe decree. Since parties have settled their disputes at the initial stage through the process ofmediation as envisaged under Section 89 ofthe
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, court fee be refunded to the appellants.
Amount lying deposited in RFA No. 212/2012 be released to respondent in the said appeal, namely, Shri Gurdeep Singh. ^50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand Only) has also been paid by Shri Ravi Khurana to Shri Gurdeep
Singh.
Boththe above appeals are disposed of Dasti.
