/o , 17.04.2013 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to treat the writ petition as a representation, consider the same as per the appropriate applicable policy and take a decision thereon.
Accordingly the respondent no.3-Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement
Board Punarwas Bhawan, Vikas Kutir, Delhi, which according to the counsel for the petitioner is the appropriate authority, is directed to treat this petition as a representation, consider the same as per applicable policy, and take a decision thereon within a period of 12 weeks from today. The decision so taken would be communicated to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
