17.04.2013 The lands of the petitioners having been acquired for planned development of Delhi, they applied for allotment of alternative plots as per the policy of Government ofNCT of Delhi. The grievance ofthe petitioners is that though their tum for making such recommendations have already been matured, no recommendation has so far been made despite their having complied with all the requirements of respondent no.l. In these
~J circumstances, these writ petitions are disposed of with the direction that (i) in case the petitioners have complied with all the necessary requirements and (ii) their term has already matured for this purpose, the respondent no.l shall process their applications and take appropriate decision thereon within a period of eight weeks from today. The decision shall be communicated to the petitioners within four weeks thereafter. If there is any deficiency in compliance of the requirements of the respondents, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks from today. The writ petitions stand disposed of.
