1. Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that the decree holder has entered into a settlement with thejudgment debtors. It is further submitted that in terms of the said settlement the judgment debtors have paid a sum of Rs.[4] lacs to the decree holder and have agreed to pay the remaining amount of Rs.12.[5] lacs by September,

2013.

2. This petition was disposed ofon 18"' April,2011 with libeity to the decree holder to revive the same ifany occasion arises.
