25.04.2013 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition on merits. He, however, seeks expedition of the trial. This court has been informed that the matter is ripe for evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that they will be producing four witnesses per contra respondent shall produce three witnesses. In this scenario, trial court shall endeavor to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year from today.
With these directions, petition is disposed of.
