29.04.2013 Counsel for the respondents puts in appearance. He has taken instructions. He submits that the respondent-workmen are willing to join
2013:DHC:7133 their duties as offered by the petitioner. Let the respondent-workm'en join duties from 06.05.2013. They shall report for work at the normal hours of work and their attendance shall be marked and the work shall be taken from them. They shall be paid the wages as are payable to other employees of their categoiy. The aforesaid is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either party.
So far as the direction contained in the impugned order with regard to deposit ofa sum ofRs. 1,00,000/- as security is concerned, after hearing the counsels, the same is substituted by requiring the petitioner to provide the security to the satisfaction of the lower Court of an amount of Rs. 25,000/- inplace ofthe deposit ofRs. 1,00,000/- as security. To the aforesaid extent, the impugned order stands modified.
The petition stands disposed of.
