1. As the order dated 13 May 2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal[1] in OA 3273/2019 is not properly reasoned, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter may be set aside and the OA 3273/2019 may be remanded to the Tribunal for consideration afresh.

2. Accordingly, the order dated 13 May 2024 passed by the Tribunal in OA 3273/2019 is quashed and set aside. OA stands remanded to the Tribunal for a decision afresh.

3. In order to expedite matters, both sides are directed to appear before the Tribunal on 21 March 2025. “the Tribunal”, hereinafter W.P.(C) 15506/2024

4. The writ petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
