30.04.2013 Petitioner Respondent By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. the petitioner seeks transfer of the petition filed by the respondent/complainant under
Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The petitioner in person submits that the respondent-complainant has filed various cases before different courts and there is likelihood of conflicting decisions being given by the different courts.
I do not find any justifiable reasons given by the petitioner so as to transfer the present case from Rohini Court to Patiala House Court. The party should have due faith in the administration of justice whether the matter is before the Patiala House Court or Rohini Court. Every court is
2013:DHC:8233 expected to deliver justice.
There is no merit in the present petition, the same is hereby dismissed.
