The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section
11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator.
Upon instructions from their respective clients, learned counsel for both the parties agreed that this Court may appoint an independent sole
Arbitrator from the list maintained by the Delhi High Court Arbitration
Centre. As agreed, Justice Rekha Sharma, a retired Judge of this Court (Rio
A-135. Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi, .Mob.No.9871300025), is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties as mentioned in this petition, including their claims and counter-claims. The parties also agreed that the arbitration be taken place under the aegis of Rules of the Delhi High Court Arbitration

The petition is accordingly disposed of
A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator as well as the Secretary to the Arbitration Centre forthwith. Copies of the same be also given dasli to the learned counsels for the parties.
