ORDER
1. Vide impugned order dated March 06, 2012 maintenance awarded is towards the upkeep and education of a minor child born to the appellant and therespondent. Sum awarded is^10,000/- permonth.
2. For the reason the wife is earning, no maintenance has been awarded for the wife.
3. With respect to ^10,000/- awarded by way of maintenance for the child, the learned Judge Family court has noted that when the matrimonial alliance between the parties was discussed the appellant disclosed he owning two houses, one in Greater Kailash Part I and the other 2013:DHC:7867-DB '2^ in Faridabad; both assertions later on proved to be wrong.
4. The learned Judge has further noted that the appellant has a credit card with an add-on card which is used by his brother. The credit limit ofthe appellant is ?4 laldis and ofhis brother is laldis.
5. The learned Family Court has referred to the law declared in the opinion reported as 140 (2007) DLT 16 Bharat Hesde Vs. Saroi Hesde we see no infirmity in the view taken by the learned Judge Family Court and thus dismiss the appeal in limine. CM No.6905/2013 Dismissed as infructuous.
